Please join us for our 2nd Annual Clare's Run For a Reason on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at the cross country course at Wake Med Soccer Park in Cary, NC. The whole family will enjoy a 5K Run or 1 mile Family Fitness Walk, fun kids' activities, a silent auction, music and refreshments! Registration begins at 7:30am.
We are hosting this event in honor of our daughter, Clare Katherine Whitenack. Clare was a healthy, happy, thriving 19 month old toddler who passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in September 2009. We were given no reason as to what took our daughter's life. All proceeds will benefit the Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood (SUDC) Program, a cousin of SIDS that affects children after their first birthday.
The SUDC Program is part of the CJ Foundation for SIDS, a national non-profit organization leading the fight against SIDS and SUDC.
